We went exploring a bit one day while LEP was shut down; whle it was running there would be too much radiation there. These trains were used by workers to reach remote parts of the ring, which was 27 km in circumference; he's not actually driving that one, just posing. Prevessin-Moens was the particular quadrant of LEP that we happened to be in.
